AI Chatbots Transform Customer Service in European Small Businesses
A revolutionary approach to customer service is taking hold among European small businesses. The implementation of AI-powered chatbots is proving to be a game-changer for smaller enterprises, allowing them to provide 24/7 customer support without straining their resources.
The AIforSME’s research reveals that SMEs implementing AI chatbots have seen significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. „What’s particularly interesting is how accessible this technology has become,“ notes Prof. Dr. Oliver Kruse, one of the project’s researchers. „Small businesses can now implement sophisticated customer service solutions that were previously only available to large corporations.“
Various case studies from the project’s implementation concept show that SMEs using AI chatbots have reduced response times by up to 60% while handling up to 80% of routine customer inquiries automatically. This has allowed business owners to focus their human resources on more complex customer interactions and strategic tasks.
