Continuing Education Program for AI in SMEs: Empowering Innovation through Knowledge

In a world where artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry, the “AI for SMEs” Continuing Education Program equips small and medium-sized enterprises with the knowledge and skills to not only keep pace but to thrive. This work package aims to create a comprehensive program designed specifically for the unique challenges and opportunities within SMEs, covering essential AI concepts and practical applications through interactive training modules.

This initiative tackles critical questions: How can AI redefine daily operations within SMEs? What are the benefits and potential pitfalls? The answer lies in a structured curriculum that guides participants through a foundational AI module followed by specialized topics, from process optimization and customer service to ethical considerations and legal frameworks. Each module is designed to provide real-world skills that managers and employees can apply directly to their business operations, ensuring every lesson is relevant, practical, and impactful.

The program’s strength is in its adaptability. By piloting the course with SMEs from Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, and Hungary, we gather valuable insights to refine the curriculum, tailoring it precisely to meet the needs of the modern workforce. An evaluation framework further guarantees the program’s effectiveness, providing structured feedback from both participants and experienced instructors to ensure the training delivers measurable results.

At the heart of this work package is a commitment to making AI education accessible, valuable, and transformative. This program doesn’t just train—it prepares businesses for the future, driving innovation and enhancing the appeal of vocational education. Join us as we lay the foundation for a skilled, AI-ready workforce. Explore the curriculum, the pilot experiences, and the evaluation results to see how this program could be the key to unlocking AI’s potential in your business.
